They are basically the same tablet, one giving ATK and the others MATK. Most player will get this for the 3 pieces effect: ''EXP gained from monsters +3%'', but what we want is the 6 pieces effect: ''All Stats +2, For each 5 upgrades: All Stats +1''.
This means that having the tablet at +15 wll give us +5 to all stats, the same as an Almighty accessory at +5. The items to activate the tablet, activate the runes and upgrade the tablet are easy to get, namely the drops from these classic monsters:

Disclaimer: I am only adding this section to dissuade you to not try this. This is going beyond being a meme build.
The {{#item:470077}} are one of the six different [[Airship_Crash#Rewards|Boots of Unknown from Airship_Crash]] and very much like the original [[Old Glast Heim#Temporal Boots|Temporal Boots]], they give a powerful buff to a single stat.
In the case of the {{#item:470077}}, physical attacks have a random chance to increase LUK by 225 for 10 seconds when they are at least +11C, which is A LOT OF LUK, but a 10 seconds window to brew is so little time that makes it not viable.
OK but, what is the impact of those 225 LUK points? First, let's check the brewing succes ratio of a 275/60 "blank Biolo", and with this I mean:
* Level 275/60
* The following skills at max level:

** {{#skill:228}}
** {{#skill:479}}
** {{#skill:2497}}
** {{#skill:2495}}
** {{#skill:5336}}
* No gears.
* No buffs.

EDIT: OK, there is a way to make it work, but only with skills that have a "Craft all" option, so no {{#skill:2497}}.
Basically you put all your LUK points to STR so you can carry more mats and hit a Dummy in Office until you proc the buff, then you brew the item you want with "Craft All".
