Chapter 1
Overview
Chapter 1 begins with the World Tree's call and follows the investigation of the disturbances spreading through its roots, Ruined Geffen, Brimir, and Muspelheim. The story ultimately leads to the confrontation with Dark Whisper and opens the way to the Zero Cell Sector.
Use this page as a progression hub. It shows the order of the story, the optional content unlocked along the way, and the published guides for instances and equipment without reproducing their full walkthroughs or catalogs.
Requirements and Starting Point
- Base Level 200 or higher.
- Bring 5x
Dragon Scale (1036). - Touch the Small Ash Tree at (prt_fild05 353, 252) to begin. This grants access to Ash Tree Village.
Progression
The chapter is divided into six practical phases. Complete them in order; optional quests and equipment systems become available as the story advances.

Side and Daily Quests
Chapter 1's optional quest lines expand the story in Ruined Geffen, the Twisted Land of Darkness, the parallel high-level fields, and Muspelheim. Their repeatable follow-ups award Root Gold Coins and become available as the story advances.

Chapter 1 - Maps and Monsters is the compact reference for story locations, fields, dungeons, access services, and representative monsters. It connects every area to the corresponding Main Quest phase or optional quest without repeating walkthroughs.
The hub keeps no map images, monster sprites, drop catalogs, or card tables.
Instances
Start with Chapter 1 - Instances for the overview that separates the Dark Whisper narrative encounter, Ominous Dark Whisper story instance, and post-story repeatable content.
Then use Recreated Dark Whisper for the complete daily party instance walkthrough, difficulty requirements, mechanics, rewards, and strategy.
Equipment and Enchants
- Entwined progression: Entwined Equipment covers the equipment set, while Entwined Enchants contains its enchant options.
- Dimension progression: use Dimension Equipment for the equipment overview and Dimension Shoes Enchants for the published shoe enchant guide.
- Zero Cell progression: continue with Frontier Rune Crown, Frontier Rune Crown Enchants, Encroached Weapon, and Another Dimension Weapons.

Exchange NPC
Enter the portal at (ygg_edge 142, 209) to exchange items with NPC Root Gold Exchanger (ygg_fruit 168, 124).
As long as you are not done with the main quest you will only have access to the "Root Gold Coin Shop" which contains the item: 
Traveler's Leaf (104000).
After completing the main quest you will have access to all categories.
