Entwined Equipment
Overview
Entwined Equipment is the first Chapter 1 equipment tier built from post-story currencies. It consists of six base pieces for the armor, garment, and shoes slots, each compatible with selectable Entwined Enchants.
Requirements and Unlock
- Base requirement: level 200 to begin Chapter 1.
- Complete the Chapter 1 main story to enter the post-story equipment progression.
- Shop categories may become available as Chapter 1 progression is completed. Check the options currently offered by the NPC before exchanging materials.
NPCs and Location
- Root Gold Exchanger: (ygg_fruit 165, 126). Handles Chapter 1 exchanges involving
Root Gold Coin (1001972). - Hotbeer Mor: (ygg_fruit 168, 124). Sells the Entwined Equipment base pieces.
Obtaining Entwined Equipment
Each base piece costs 150 Root Gold Coin (1001972) and 3,000,000 zeny.

Currencies and Materials
Purchasing Entwined Equipment requires Root Gold Coin (1001972). Enchanting also consumes 
Mana Ring (1001996) and 
Frontier Magic Stone (1001998).
Recreated Dark Whisper rewards
Recreated Dark Whisper awards one guaranteed reward box according to the cleared difficulty. These are instance rewards. Only the Root Gold Coin and Mana Ring contents relevant to Entwined progression are shown below.

Equipment Progression
- Complete Chapter 1 and collect Root Gold Coins.
- Purchase one Entwined base piece from Hotbeer Mor.
- Apply its three selectable enchants in the order 4th slot, 3rd slot, then 2nd slot.
- Continue through Chapter 1's post-story content to gather the materials for Dimension Shoes.
Enchanting
Entwined enchants are selected by the player and applied with a guaranteed result. They cannot be reset, so confirm every choice before applying it. See Entwined Enchants for the slot order, full option lists, and deterministic total cost.
