Keep on turning quest when the 300 counter is reached and return to Depth 1 map. | |||
Keep your eyes on your shield due there is a monster who will likely strip your shield and armor. If there is a Biolo in your party, ask him/her to cast party Full Chemical Protection to protect your shield and armor. | |||

The different between Depth 1 Run is all party members can turning in at same time because the objective is number of kills not numbers of documents in Depth 1. | |||
If there is a carrier within the party that can do 1-2 shots kill em all, the strategy remain the same, to stay close with the carrier, get kill numbers and stay alive. | |||
Even if there is a Full Support Cardinal, the FS Cardinal usually focus on Mediale Voltum and/or buffing the main damage dealers. | |||
Due the toughness level of monsters inside Depth 2, it is recommended to bring more Yggdrasil Berries compared to Depth 1 due the monsters inside Depth 2 will easily kill you and damage your character harder than those monsters in Depth 1 (especially Depth Salamander, its Earthquake will instantly kill your character if not well-geared). | |||

- Only join the Vardmundt Depth 1 Party when an announcement for recruitment Depth 1 is on, do not wait in front of Biosphere Grass for a party to be organized.
- Vardmundt Depth 1 and 2 Dungeons are considered end game dungeons, therefor unless your gears progression can deal around 5 Billion damages, you will need a party to farm inside those dungeons.

- A Carrier - this is a player or 2 players that can 1-shot kill the monsters inside Depth 1, the rest of the party will only need to follow them and revive themselves when killed by monster
- A Lurer - when there are no Carrier, a Lurer task is to draw as many monsters to the party and have the hitters to kill the monsters. This Lurer should be a player with a very high HP because they need to survive hits from monsters while being lured (Biolo's Illusion Doping skill is a good skill to gather monsters).
- Several hitters - what is a party without hitters? Hitters task are simple, to kill all monsters gathered/lured by Lurer so the quest can be done and submitted to Daily Quest NPC.
- Supporters - these Supporters are not Supporters in a Soccer game, but players with supporting skills that can buff hitters and lurer, e.g. Full Support Cardinal, Summoner Doram.
Varmundt Depth 2 Dungeon Party
Composition for Depth 2 Dungeon Party is more simpler, due most players usually well-geared and can do 1-2 shots to kill the monsters inside the Dungeons. Supportive characters usually a full support cardinal and/or Summoner Type Dorams.
Since this dungeon is the source for Time Dimension Magic Rune (1001556), most well-geared doing solo to farm in here, parties are for gaining reputation only or when some players are bored farming solo and looking for another excitement.
The Depth 1 Party Run Mechanic
Preparations
- Set your macro to return a map where there is Storage Box (for me ALT+4 is @go 16 for submitting quests, ALT+3 is @storeall and ALT+5 is @lw to return Biosphere A )
- All party members will gather in front of entrance Biosphere Grass.
- Take all quests from nearby Daily Quest NPC (there is one NPC in Varmundt Mansion Biosphere A )
- Party Leader shall inform how much time needed for preparation (usually 2 minutes)
- When all party members are ready, use Guyak Pudding before entering Biosphere Grass map
- Go inside Portal of Biosphere Grass and teleport you way up to 12 o clock
- If the party leader is a Full Support Cardinal with Convenio skill, he/she will use the skill in front of Depth 1 portal to summon all party members on Biosphere Grass map
- Party Leader will ask if all party member ready to enter Depth 1 and start to use consumables
- Use all consumables except Battle Manual
- Enter the Portal to Depth 1
- Enjoy the ride
The Depth 1 Party Run
During the run, the party shall try to achieve 300 kills for turning in quests, follow the Full Support Cardinal since he/she will cast Mediale Voltum to regen its HP and surrounding players.
When your counter reached 300, quickly use your macro to return to a map where there are Healer, Storage Box and Daily NPC.
Use the Healer to restore you HP/MP/AP then drop all your loots to Storage, submit your quests, get the rewards, take all quests again and use macro @lw to return to Biosphere A to get back into Depth 1 map.
Tips : Put all samples from Depth 1 in your FAV Tab because when you use @storeall you do not want the samples to be put into storage before submitting the quest
When you are back in Depth 1 map, make your way back to the 'pack' (where all party members are gather) through waves of monsters.
And if you are trapped and die, just wait until the pack reach your spot, do not use your Sigfried's Token since you'll be dead again in no time inside the monsters groupies.
Keep on turning quest when the 300 counter is reached and return to Depth 1 map.
Keep your eyes on your shield due there is a monster who will likely strip your shield and armor. If there is a Biolo in your party, ask him/her to cast party Full Chemical Protection to protect your shield and armor.
After the effect of One Potion wears off (30 minutes have passed), the party leader will inform to go to the center of Depth 1 Map where there is a warp to get you to Research Room.
Go there with the 'pack' and click the warp to get into Varmundt Mansion's Research Room.
Turning In Quest and Getting Reputation for Depth 1 Dungeon
Once inside the Research Room, drop all your loots into Storage (usually you will have 100 items in inventory and you cannot accept more items) then talk to nearby Daily Hunts Research Manager for submitting your Depth 1 quests (usually you will get up to 2,000 kills after 30 minutes).
For every finished quests for Depth 1, you will get a Depth Level 1 Research Document and it cannot be stored in your storage.
Talk to NPC General Manager Alpha (standing near Daily Hunts Research Manager) to exchange your Research Document into Depth 1 Reputation.
For 2 (two) Research Document submitted, you will get 3 (three) Reputation Point for Depth 1.
You can check your reputation by clicking the Yin Yang Icon
then you can see how many Reputation for Depth 1 you have gained
Each orb represent of 1,000 Reputation, therefor if you have one orb lit, means you have 1,000 Reputation of Vardmundt Depth Level 1.
I have all 5 (five) orbs on Vardmundt Depth 1 Reputation means 5,000 Reputation.
Keep joining Depth 1 party to gain level and reputation to enter Depth 2 Dungeon.
The Depth 2 Party Run Mechanic
Preparations
- Chess Board / Checkmate map has better NPC compared to Depth 1 Run, because NPC Daily Quest, Crafter, Enchanter and Material Exchange are located in this map
- NPC Kkat is locked inside Depth 2 Dungeon
- All party members will gather in Chess Board / Checkmate map.
- Take all quests from nearby Daily Quest NPC
- A Cardinal should memo warp portal before entering Chess Board / Check mate, because it will comes handy later on for turning in quests
- Party Leader shall inform how much time needed for preparation (usually 2 minutes) and in what timezone should be enter upon clicking Portal to Depth 2 Dungeon (usually 2 o clock since it is near where NPC Kkat)
- When all party members are ready, use Guyak Pudding and all consumables before entering Portal to Depth 2 Dungeon
- Any supporting skills casted before entering the Portal to Depth 2 Dungeon shall be cleared and thus required to recast inside Depth 2 Dungeon
- Click the Portal and choose the timezone informed by Party Leader (do not click and press enter too fast when timezone is not 2 o'clock)
- Wrong selection of timezone will make your character teleported to a timezone where monsters already waiting for you
- Stay close with the 'pack'
NPCs inside Depth 2 Dungeon :
- 2 o' clock NPC Enchanter - For Enchanting Time Dimension Weapon and Time Dimension Rune Crown (required 750 Reputation Depth 2 to enchant the Weapon and 1,500 Reputation Depth 2 to enchant the Rune Crown)
- 4 o' clock NPC Daily Hunts - take all quests from her
- 8 o' clock NPC Researcher - For Crafting Time Dimension Rune Crown (required 500 Reputation Depth 2 to craft)
- 10 o' clock NPC Crafter - For exchanging materials dropped inside Depth 2 Dungeon
The Depth 2 Party Run
During the run, the objective is to get 450 kills then return to Chess Board / Checkmate to turn in quests, re-take all quests, drop all loots into Storage, get HP/MP/AP restored from NPC Healer and return to designated timezone inside Depth 2.
Depends on Party Leader, the objective might be different. Some players will prefer for turning in every 450 kills, while some party leaders (usually hitters with 1-2 shots kill em all) prefer the 3,000 kills (because the reward is abyss rune box, which contains Time Dimension Magic Rune).
The different between Depth 1 Run is all party members can turning in at same time because the objective is number of kills not numbers of documents in Depth 1.
If there is a carrier within the party that can do 1-2 shots kill em all, the strategy remain the same, to stay close with the carrier, get kill numbers and stay alive.
Even if there is a Full Support Cardinal, the FS Cardinal usually focus on Mediale Voltum and/or buffing the main damage dealers.
Due the toughness level of monsters inside Depth 2, it is recommended to bring more Yggdrasil Berries compared to Depth 1 due the monsters inside Depth 2 will easily kill you and damage your character harder than those monsters in Depth 1 (especially Depth Salamander, its Earthquake will instantly kill your character if not well-geared).
Turning In Quest and Getting Reputation for Depth 2 Dungeon
Turning in quests for Depth 2 Dungeon is more simpler than Depth 1. All party members shall return to Chess Board / Checkmate by using warp portal from a Cardinal or by going to the center of Depth 2 Dungeon when an objective is fullfilled (450 kills or 3,000 kills).
Conclusion
- Vardmundt Depth 1 Dungeon is more suited for players looking for levelling beyond level 250 due the EXP from turning quests are more compared to Abyss Lake 4.
- To enter Vardmundt Depth 2 Dungeon, a 2,000 Reputation Points from Depth 1 is required.
- Try to prepare your consumables during any Depth 1 or 2 runs and do not expect you will get healed or buffs from the Cardinal within your party, since sometimes you only have 1 (one) full support cardinal for 11 party members
- When you have a carrier for Depth 1 and 2 party run with no autolot 100 but doing 1-2 shot kill em all without Cardinal Buff, just stay close to him/her, because you are not prepared for 1-2 shots kill em all and you are grateful to have them in your party.
