All monsters from the instance run has a low chance to drop any of the Brilliant Light Accessories or Sinful Accessories.
The MVP from the instance may drop a full Fragment of Good Will (1000263) and Piece of Sin (1000257) .
The monsters inside the instance don't drop the shards. You can farm the shards from the normal Thanatos Tower 9th through 12th floors:
