Disclaimer: I am only adding this sections to dissuade you to not try this. This is going beyond being a meme build.
The {{#item:470077}} are one of the six different [[Airship_Crash#Rewards|Boots of Unknown from Airship_Crash]] and very much like the original [[Old Glast Heim#Temporal Boots|Temporal Boots]], they give a powerful buff to a single stat.
In the case of the {{#item:470077}}, physical attacks have a random chance to increase LUK by 225 for 10 seconds when they are at least +11C, which is A LOT OF LUK, but a 10 seconds window to brew is so little time that makes it not viable.
OK but, what is the impact of those 225 LUK points? First let's check the brewing succes ratio of a 275/60 "blank Biolo", and with this I mean:
* Level 275/60
* The following skills at max level:
** {{#skill:227}}
** {{#skill:228}}
** {{#skill:479}}
** {{#skill:2497}}
** {{#skill:2495}}
** {{#skill:5336}}
* No gears.
* No buffs.
* No homunculus. This means no {{#skill:8015}}.
* No pet.
* No Clan System.
* No Rune Tablet.
* 1 point of INT, DEX and LUK and 0 points of CRT, plus the job bonuses. This means:
** 1+13 INT
** 1+8 DEX
** 1+4 LUK
** 0+10 CRT
Now, let's supose we are trying to create the hardest item of each skills, which are:
* {{#skill:228}}: {{#item:547}} or {{#item:7139}}.
* {{#skill:2497}}: {{#item:1100005}}.
* {{#skill:2495}}: all six items have the same item rate.
* {{#skill:5336}}: items have no item rate.
Let's also assume we always get the worse rolls in every random of the four formulas. With all this, we get the following results:
* {{#skill:228}}: 39,1% of creating the item.
* {{#skill:2497}}: -211,5 points after comparing Creation and Difficulty, meaning we will create 6 potions below the maximum allowed.
* {{#skill:2495}}: -144,5 points after comparing Creation and Difficulty, meaning the cooking will fail.
* {{#skill:5336}}: 39 points after comparing Creation and Difficulty, meaning we will create 5 potions below the maximum allowed.
Now let's add the LUK +225 buff from the {{#item:470077}} and check again the results of the four skills:
* {{#skill:228}}: 61,6% of creating the item.
* {{#skill:2497}}: 13,5 points after comparing Creation and Difficulty, meaning we will create 6 potions below the maximum allowed.
* {{#skill:2495}}: -32 points after comparing Creation and Difficulty, meaning the cooking will fail.
* {{#skill:5336}}: 264 points after comparing Creation and Difficulty, meaning we will create 5 potions below the maximum allowed.

Sure, the results are way better, but again, a 10 second window to brew is way to little to make this viable, but if you <big>'''REALLY'''</big> wanna try this, at least do not say I did not try to warn you.
