 ||Skills that are very annoying:-
 *All Stats down from Uncanny Skogul is the toughest to deal with, it will affect you if you use Stats to reach Instant Cast (Dex/Int). It will also reduce your Damage by a lot. To counter it, you will need to get Instant Cast by having VCT 100%.
