For initial stats, you should invest on AGI for ASPD. LUK is 125 because of {{#item:300261}} on mid game. If you have enough Crit without having using Galensis Card, you can use {{#item:300426}} and {{#item:300376}} and reduce the LUK to 120.  Also if you get a high refined graded {{#item:450171}} with {{#item:310685}}, {{#item:310735}}, or {{#item:310732}} and any, you can reduce the AGI and make up what you lacked and possible invest either VIT or INT.
