インスタンス

巣は5つの主要なエリアに分かれています。各エリアのボスを倒すと、Giant Faceworm SkinをドロップするTreasure Chestが出現します。 インスタンス内に入ったら、南へ進みChaosとIrisに話しかけます。Facewormが出現します（無視できる他のモンスターも一緒に出現します）。 すべてのFacewormを倒します。マップの南東部にDark Facewormが出現します。周囲のFaceworm Eggは定期的にHealを唱えるため、先に排除することをおすすめします。 Dark Facewormを倒すと、Giant Faceworm Skinが入ったTreasure Chestが出現し、パーティーは先へ進めます。 再びIrisとChaosに話しかけます。Facewormが再び出現します。マップ上にMoundが出現し、触れるとFaceworm Larvaを出現させます。これらはスキップできます。前のエリアと同じボス戦が発生します。南に新しいポータルが開きます。 毒トラップがあちこちに出現します。複数のトラップが致命的なダメージを与えることがあるため、できるだけ早く倒してください。北へ進み、すべてのFacewormを倒します。 このDark Facewormには回復する卵はありませんが、ダメージを与える毒トラップがあります。再びボスを倒します。 次のエリアでは、別の種類のトラップである毒雲が出現します。これらは前のものより強力なので、避けるかKyrie Eleisonを連発してダメージを減らすことをおすすめします。 4回目のボス戦では、回復する卵と毒雲が組み合わさります。もう一度ボスを倒します。 再びIrisとChaosに話しかけます。その後、Faceworm Queenが出現します。 QueenのHPは変動します（28m + (2m * パーティーメンバー数)）。彼女の主なスキルはEarthquake、Stormgust、Waterballで、属性をFire、Water、Wind、Earthのいずれかに変更します。 彼女が属性を変更すると、アナウンスが流れます。3種類の追加モンスター（回復する卵、毒トラップ、毒雲）が戦闘を支援します。 Faceworm Queenを倒すと、2つのGiant Faceworm Skinが入った5番目のTreasure Chestが出現します。
