From my testing, if you want to focus on using  {{#skill:5322}} and want to create a shadow gear only for that use [[Shadow Gear#Master Shadow Gear]] with {{#item:312193}}, {{#item:4724}} and {{#item:312213}} for 0 RES monsters the damage of general shadow gear should be a little more like 2-3% but on monsters with higher RES master shadow should do a lot more damage. For general use you should make: (New shadow gear that combos with master shadow is coming so I would recommend going for master shadow gear)
This one is a little future proof, you can swap master shadow armor and shoes to fatal one too and it will be better, however, at some point in the future it will release the master combo for our skills and it will be better.
