It's possible to enchant the Mechanic Items by talking with Mass Charleston (verus04 71, 106).
Enchanting requires 1x Charleston Component (6752) and 100,000 zeny.
Enchants can be reset by paying 1x Charleston Component (6752) and 100,000 zeny.
Enchantment can be done in 3 slots and items refined to +9 and above have wider options.
4th slot has 100% success chance, 3rd slot has chance of failure (resetting all enchant when failed), 2nd slot has chance of failure (either resetting all enchant or breaking the gear).

Excellion Gear
The Excellion set is an armor group created from lost technology of a ruined laboratory, consisting of a suit and garment. Unlike other Verus equipment, these can be used by every job and have a level requirement of 99 to equip. They are highly customizable by using reactor blueprints to enchant each piece. The quest for Excellion equipment begins at Verus (verus04 164, 218).

MARS_01, speak with MARS_01 and supply it with 1Old Fuel (6962) to get both units up and running. Afterwards, MARS_01 will enchant your Excellion gears.

PLUTO_09 will make Excellion gears and produce reactor blueprints (enchants). For 10Huge Metal Scrap (6961) and 5
Old Fuel (6962) , PLUTO_09 will give one of Excellion Suit or Excellion Wing at random.

Excellion Enchant
The Excellion set can be enchanted by using reactor blueprints created by PLUTO_09. To create a blueprint, you must supply Old Fuel (6962) . PLUTO_09 will give you a random reactor blueprint or fail to create one entirely.
With an Excellion armor piece and blueprints in your inventory, you can then speak to MARS_01 to apply them as desired. The enchanting process consumes the blueprint, but will never fail. Each Excellion Suit and Wing may only have 3 maximum enchants. Carefree Supportive Reactor ASPD (6986) is the only Blueprint which adds a Carefree prefix for reasons unknown regardless of the slot it is in.
