Refine with Hammers or Boxes
Some equipment can be safely refined from +9 to +12 using a box or hammer.
Each use will consume the hammer/box.
It also may have materials to be consumed when using it.
You can skip the hammer/box until grade C, since it doesn't break until +10 and +11 is required only from grade C to A.
