Once you're around level 210, you can easily do the [[Thanatos Tower]] quest to access floor 9. Just finish the quest, go back to the warper and now you should have direct access to floors 7 and 9. Grab all the quests from the 120 board in Eden, port to floor 9 and speak to the NPC by the entrance to be transported to old floor 9 (new floor 9 will hurt too much for you).
