Following Ghost Palace side story, Princess Tiara is now lurking with the dead.  
Go on patrol to maintain the security of the Ice Castle territory.
 
# Coordinates <br> Speak with Eagle Patrol Captain to create, and enter the instance.
Kill all monsters on the floor to open the portal to the next floor and collect all Memories and Fragments of the Past.
# Coordinates <br> Speak with Eagle Patrol Captain inside the instance to start the Patrol.
 
# Coordinates <br> Follow the Patrol.
 
# Coordinates <br> You can investigate the first dirt pile. (Does this dirt do anything? Who knows.)
Kill all monsters on the floor. After which, Tiara will spawn in the center of the floor. She has 1,280,000,000 HP and a good amount of RES/MRES.

After you kill her, collect all Memories and Fragments of the Past.

You will fight Sakray at the center. He has 1,840,000,000 HP and a good amount of RES/MRES.
He will spawn pillars that will allow him to be invulnerable. You must deactivate the three Pillar of Regret in order to damage him.
