You can use the command .ticket to open a private channel with all Admins and GMs if you have a bug or problem which have to be solved promptly. All you need to do is to type ".ticket" somewhere in a random channel, our bot will do the rest. After the bot opened the channel for you, you can start to type your problem and a free Admin/GM will answer you as soon as possible.
