Exchange

Talk to Hugin's Buttler (located near Hugin outside of the instance) to exchange 1 6607.png Temporal Crystal (6607) for 1 2499.png Temporal Boots (2499) . You can then upgrade those boots using 5 6607.png Temporal Crystal (6607) to the one of your choosing:

22001.png Temporal INT Boots (22001)
22002.png Temporal AGI Boots (22002)
22003.png Temporal VIT Boots (22003)
22004.png Temporal DEX Boots (22004)
22005.png Temporal LUK Boots (22005)

Slotting

You can attempt to slot your boots by giving Hugin's Craftsman 5 6607.png Temporal Crystal (6607) . The success chance is 60%. You will get new slotted boots without any refine and enchant!
