After 110 monsters of one kind are killed, a true monster spawns matching the 110 killed.
Example: You kill 110 Margaretas, it spawns a true Margareta. Announcement: "Unknown Voice: Feel my true power."
If the true monster is killed, there will be another announcement: "Unknown Voice: You murdered my minion!"
True monster have a low drop chance of following items:
