I am always on Almighty Food Buff and Agility / Blessing Scroll (you can use buff from Healer too, they work the same). Put Dex to 120 and type @bs and check your 「Variable Cast time Reduction (Stats: xxx/530)」 see how much Int stat you need to reach 530. So even if you Solo run and without Cardinal Buff, you're always on Instant Cast. | |||
