What I would like to point out about Windhawk is you might need to put more INT for faster VCT. Crescive Bolt and especially Gale Storm might need you to have higher VCT% in comparison to when you were just playing Sharp Shooting. | |||
Feel free to tweak the status build as you like. This status build is what Stormus personally use. | |||
