Usually somewhat more valuable than Grooming. It has more or less the same impact, but works on the whole party, and has slightly longer length but too longer CD. It is more valuable since you'll really utilize the expertise whereas your partners are beneath status impacts but not you. But the long CD is making it very difficult to utilize.   • Cooldown reduction: Aim for at least 14.0s reduction for spamming level 1 Tuna Party or 18.0s for level 2 (support tanks). Full tanks can benefit from 12 to 20.0,0s depending on playstyle.
