- Walk near (prt_q 221, 193) and the Village Lad will appear. Speak with him.
- Bring him to the nearest shelter (the village office, at the bottom left of the map (prt_q 77, 98). He'll ask you to find his tool bag.
- The tool bag is found in the south-east building near the foutain (prt_q 178, 185). You have to walk near the area and then select Pick up.
- Return the tool bag to the Village Lad (at the village office).
- Return to the Chief Guard for your reward.
