While march you can enter the flower bloom map via the NPC Gardener at @go 52 (neustadt 178, 87).

Buffs & Exchange NPC

On the Event map at the NPC Meowi you can get 90 minutes buffs for 5x 9585.png Small Flower Branches (9585) or exchange 2x 9585.png Small Flower Branches (9585) to 1x 22945.png Cherry Blossom Rice Cake (22945) (evt_fbloom 171, 200).
 

  • Flower's Power (ATK +7%)
  • Flower's Wisdom (MATK +7%)
  • Flower's Agility (FLEE +30, Perfect Dodge +2, ASPD +5%, Variable Cast -5%)
