Introduction
Hello! It's me Lucknut, who's addicted with Shadow Cross ( SX ) for the whole of my life. So far no one made guide about SX so i decided to made it, even so i know i'm still lack of knowledge but still i hope this page can help even a bit. Shadow Cross is one of some interested class, have a lots of builds and game play. As far i know, this class can be nominated being best melee damage dealer but while having problem with how sustain ( some people called this class as 'Glass Cannon' high dmg but pretty struggle as glass ). Okay so, this is it! i'm sure you guys does'nt like to read anything about me it anyways.
Stats and Traits
Benefits of each Stat:
- Str: Provides ATK and additional weight capacity. Main status for physical damage dealer.
- Luk: Provides Critical, Critical Rate, Hit, ATK and Perfect Dodge. Most needed for critical build character, but for me i would just put Luk stat to help reach critical rate that i needed.
- Vit: Provides HP, SoftDEF, and SoftMDEF. Since SX is melee dealer, i would suggest to put atleast 90 stat here.
- Agi: Provides ASPD, FLEE, and SoftDEF.
- Dex: Provides ATK, Hit, SoftMDEF, and ASPD. increase ASPD here doesnt give as much Agi stats, but it would help to gain more if you need ASPD.
- Int: Provides SP, and SoftMDEF. I'm not sure it's necessary for SX, but if you have some point left why not ? haha!
Traits are additional stats that provide bonuses for fourth classes. Traits are bit more straightforward:
- POW (100): Provides Status ATK, P.ATK and some of abilities will additionally scale off POW. ( Main Trait for Physical Damage Dealer )
- CRT (100): Provides C.RATE. Maybe some of you think this trait would goes for 3rd, but for your information. this Trait will gave more damage if your build is based by critical damage, you can check it by your self if you doesn't trust me enough mdfk.
- CON (0-35): Provides Hit, Flee, and P.ATK. go with this one if you are so desperate with damage.
- WIS (0-35): Provides Magical Resistance.
- STA (0-35): Provides Physical Resistance.
Stats should be based on what best suits you.
Gears
This is gear progression with based Savage Impact skill build, why Savage Impact ? it's pretty flexible, easy to used, can be used for Bossing or just farming.

Notes:
- Best enchants is C.Rate + 5 for critical build, POW + 5 it's ok but if can prefer to get C.Rate + 5.
- Shadow gear is considered a massive zeny sink, consider this after being comfy in your mid game gear.
