Crafting these headgears requires a number of ingredients. First, you need to acquire souls of the corresponding first job class that matches your desired headgear's class. These all drop at a 5% chance from the normal mobs (separate chance for each party member). MVPs will drop 3 of their corresponding at a 100% chance, and reward an extra soul to the MVP. Please note that the souls are ACCOUNT BOUND.
Swordman Soul (6814) - Dropped by Seyren Windsor and Randel Lawrence.
Merchant Soul (6815) - Dropped by Howard Alt-Eisen and Flamel Emule.
Thief Soul (6816) - Dropped by Eremes Guile and Gertie Wie.
Magician Soul (6817) - Dropped by Kathryne Cheiron and Celia Alde.
Archer Soul (6818) - Dropped by Cecil Damon, Alphoccio Basil and Trentini.
Acolyte Soul (6819) - Dropped by Margaretha Sorin and Chen Liu.
You also need to acquire the corresponding costume headgear. These are dropped by the normal mobs of the Bed of Honor.
There are two options available when creating the old headgear.
The default option (30% chance of success) requires the following ingredients:

Enchant Requirements
Speak to Wanderind Mind (lhz_dun_n 134, 265) to start the enchanting process. It requires 10 Grudge Fragment each for the 3rd and 4th enchant. Those will always be Stat enchants. Once you've enchanted it twice, you can enchant the 2nd slot and it will be either a Stat enchant or the powerful enchants listed below. If you get the powerful enchant, it will start at Level 1. The below table lists the required amount in order to obtain that level. If you fail the upgrade of the powerful enchant, it will downgrade one level (minimum Level 1).
Resetting Enchantments
The Wanderind Mind (lhz_dun_n 134, 265) offers rerolling 1st/2nd enchant for fully enchanted headgears at an increased cost of 1,000,000 zeny and 50  Grudge Fragment (23016) .
You also can reset both enchants at once.

Introduction

'Hi, I'm Azure, and I primarily play as a Rune Knight focused on dealing damage in both Battle Grounds and WOE. This guide is meant as a helpful reference for new players getting into BG/WOE, as well as those curious about the common gear setups used in these modes. Keep in mind that these recommendations aren't absolute; other gear choices can also be effective. My goal is to help grow and strengthen our PVP community—let's make it even better together!,

Recommended Physical Damage-Dealing Classes

'Before we proceed on our recommended gears, I woul like to suggest classes that are mostly common in BG/WOE right now.'

Crafting these headgears requires a number of ingredients. First, you need to acquire souls of the corresponding first job class that matches your desired headgear's class. These all drop at a 5% chance from the normal mobs (separate chance for each party member). MVPs will drop 3 of their corresponding at a 100% chance, and reward an extra soul to the MVP. Please note that the souls are ACCOUNT BOUND.

Swordman Soul (6814) - Dropped by Seyren Windsor and Randel Lawrence.
Merchant Soul (6815) - Dropped by Howard Alt-Eisen and Flamel Emule.
Thief Soul (6816) - Dropped by Eremes Guile and Gertie Wie.
Magician Soul (6817) - Dropped by Kathryne Cheiron and Celia Alde.
Archer Soul (6818) - Dropped by Cecil Damon, Alphoccio Basil and Trentini.
Acolyte Soul (6819) - Dropped by Margaretha Sorin and Chen Liu.

You also need to acquire the corresponding costume headgear. These are dropped by the normal mobs of the Bed of Honor.

There are two options available when creating the old headgear.

The default option (30% chance of success) requires the following ingredients:

Bio 5 Enchantment Enchant Requirements

Speak to Wanderind Mind (lhz_dun_n 134, 265) to start the enchanting process. It requires 10 Grudge Fragment each for the 3rd and 4th enchant. Those will always be Stat enchants. Once you've enchanted it twice, you can enchant the 2nd slot and it will be either a Stat enchant or the powerful enchants listed below. If you get the powerful enchant, it will start at Level 1. The below table lists the required amount in order to obtain that level. If you fail the upgrade of the powerful enchant, it will downgrade one level (minimum Level 1).

Resetting Enchantments

The Wanderind Mind (lhz_dun_n 134, 265) offers rerolling 1st/2nd enchant for fully enchanted headgears at an increased cost of 1,000,000 zeny and 50 Grudge Fragment (23016) . You also can reset both enchants at once.
