Enchantment
After receiving the Poring Village Green Onion or Carrot you can talk again to the Mad Dropser (prt_fild05 156, 229).
Enchanting and reenchanting costs 50x 
Jellopy (909). Each enchant has a 70% chance of success.
Note: Failure to enchant will result in the item breaking.
