Requirements and Rewards
- Horror Toy Factory is a stand-alone instance, containing various rewards and a currency called Bloody Coins, which you can use to purchase or enchant various equipment.
- The instance map is a modified version of Toy Factory dungeon, containing 4 main areas. You must complete a specific objective in each area to proceed to the next.
- To enter this instance, talk to the Warper NPC and select Instances > Horror Toy Factory.
- Have the party leader speak to Celine and open the portal, then enter the instance using the portal.
- You have 1 hour to finish this instance, and if you or your party member happens to log out or teleport out of the instance, your party is allowed 2 chances to re-enter.
Instance
Preparation: Bring Tokens of Siegfried in case your party is wiped, and bring equipment that provides Sleep and Stone Curse resistance.
- Talk to Celine once you're inside to begin the first area's objectives.
- Get a Cookie Uniform by talking to Factory Uniform NPC (10/20). It lasts for 3 mins. If you get caught without the uniform, numerous Toy Factory Guards will spawn wherever you go. You can get another uniform or refresh its duration by talking to any Factory Uniform NPC scattered across the first area.
- Kill around 40 mobs in the first area, after which an announcement will appear.
- Go north and talk to the Production Manager (71/129).
- Talk with the Gift Box (66/126) and cross the portal. Go east and into the second area.
- In the second area, talk to Celine, and get the Cookie Uniform again.
- Find and talk to all of the Cookie NPCs marked in your mini-map. Another announcement will appear.
- Get back to the portal, go to the middle and head to the north.
- Speak with the Toy Maker and choose 'Listen to the Conversation'.
- Go to the west portal into the third area, and then walk to the north-east corner of the map to find Antonio (221/238). Kill him to proceed.
- Head back to the Toy Maker (143/209) and talk to him. You'll get 10 Bloody Coins and some experience.
- Head to the east portal into the final area, and talk to Celine (222/183) to begin the MVP battle. Celine Kimi has a clone, and you must deal damage to both at once. Otherwise, they will heal each other to match their current HPs. *
- Once you defeat the MVP, head south to the treasure room to collect extra Bloody Coins and various other rewards.
- You can exit the instance by talking to the exit portal.
*Some advice to defeat the MVP:
- Some of the attacks that hurt are shadow elemental based so having a card like Bathory Card or Evil Druid Card in your armor helps to survive them.
- Celini Kimi often casts Wide Stone Curse and Wide Sleep.
- Having an Arch Bishop far back out of her range to cast Lauda Agnus and Lauda Ramus is a good strategy to deal with this.
- 100 total AGI blocks sleep and so does a Nightmare Card . Medusa Card , Evil Druid Card or Gemini Card block Stone Curse.
- At certain intervals, Celine Kimi will turn golden for a certain time (Max Pain) and reflect all damage she takes to everyone on-screen.
- A Sorcerer can dispel this buff. If you're tanking both Kimi and the clone, Max Pain will only happen after your entire SP is drained.
- If you're killing both by kite, Max Pain can happen without warning.
