Reduces variable casting time by 10%. Increases magical damage against angel and demon race monsters by 1% per 2 refine rate. Reduces magical damage taken from angel and demon race monsters by 1% per 3 refine rate. If refine rate is 7 or higher, reduces variable casting time by additional 10%.
