Informations
Rune tablet gives additional effects beside from equipped items.
This system is master account wide, not charbound.
So completing one rune piece on a char will unlock it for all other accounts/characters.
Equipping a Tablet is saved per character.
A Tablet can be also equipped by multiple characters.
The NPC Rune Stone is at go 50 (grademk 46, 178)
If you talk to him, he gives you 3 options:
- Open Rune Tablet
- I want to print items
- What is this?
UI
Tablets
Player can activate a tablet when required rune pieces and materials are met.
A tablet can even be activated, when only 1 rune piece available. But at least 2 rune pieces are required to gain rune effects.
Each tablet has different rune pieces required from 2-6 pieces and additional effects will be given when more rune pieces added.
Only 1 tablet can be activated on a character. Activating another tablet will replace the previous one.
Once player activate a tablet, it will be permanent to that character and can be activated later anytime without materials required.

Runes
Rune pieces have no effect on their own.
They are used for combining into tablets though.
Cards
Imperfect Rune (1001282) and 
Perfect Rune (1001283) are used to activate and enhance rune set.
You need cards or 
Lesser Rune Card (300482) to receive Imperfect Runes and Perfect Runes.
Lesser Rune Card (300482) can be aquired by converting Card Coins (from the Sakura NPC) either through option 2 of the Rune Stone NPC, or through a bulk convert through the Sakura NPC.

Upgrade
Rune set can be enhanced up to 15 levels.
There is no additional effect on enhancement. But it will activate certain effects of rune set that require certain amount of enhancement rate.
Each enhancement require certain materials that depends on each set.
Unlikes gears refinement, rune set enhancement don't destroy rune set or reduce enhancement level on failure, only lost materials.
Upon failure, the next enhancement attempt will have additional chance of success and this increased chance can be accumulated on each failure.
Each set also have different chance of success.

Gear Imprinting
Some gears are needed to activate rune piece.
But player need to "print" it first.
Player can print gears from Rune Stone NPC (option 2).
Printing gear will convert them to miscellaneous item and will lost everything attached, refine rate, cards, random options, and can no longer change it back to gear.
So using fresh gear is recommended.
Printing gear costs 10 x Imperfect Rune (1001282) per gear.
