OS Weapons
To reform OS Weapons to Thanatos OSAD Weapons at Item Reformer Whoopi (grademk 51, 169) (@go 50) you need following items:

To increase refine rate of OSAD Weapons between +0 and +11 by one you need to use a 
OSAD Weapon Refine Hammer (101364) , 30x 
Cor Core (25723) and 30x 
Zelunium (25731) .
The OSAD Weapon Refine Hammer (101364) can be purchased from Elyumina (sp_cor 111, 130)
