* The poring move very fast and are looters.
** If there are other porings nearby which are un-aggro when the DPS are attacking the lured mobs, there is a chance the un-aggro poring could randomly come into DPS AOE range and get aggro on the DPS. The easiest way to avoid this is to move back and away from other un-aggro monster before starting to DPS.
** All party members must have @autoloot 100. If not, when a poring dies and drops is loot nearby un-aggro porings will come into DPS AOE to loot the dropped items, and get aggro on the DPS.
* All the porings are Small, Formless. The DPS can optimise for this to maximise their Damage.
* The small porings are Fire, Water and Wind. So poison element will provide increase damage against all small porings.

Introduction

This guide aims to provide a low investment solution to luring / tanking in Poring Village Unreal (PVU).
Once you are able to lure / tank the porings in PVU, the instance itself boils down to getting enough DPS to clear the poring mobs quickly.

What is Poring Village Unreal?

  1. Poring Village Unreal (PVU), is a custom endgame version of the Poring Village instance. Completing the Unreal version of the instance rewards 2x 50209.png Special Instance Coin (50209)
  2. The mechanics of the instance itself is pretty much the same as the normal version of the instance, except that the Porings themselves are heavily buffed in terms of HP, Damage Reduction and Attack.

How it works

  1. All the porings in PVU do normal physical attacks or physical skills (such as Fire Attack, Poison Attack, Water Attack etc.)
  2. All the porings have very high damage, movement speed, attack speed, and are non-aggressive
  3. All the porings usually do not change target from the lurer (very sticky), unless their aggro is reset by things such as Stun, Blind, Extreme Vacuum etc.
  4. The goal here is to reach 100 perfect dodge (PD), so that all the normal physical attacks can be evaded.
  5. Damage from physical skills cannot be evaded by perfect dodge, so we will use a combination of Formless resist, Small resist, Def and Res to reducing damage from those.
  6. Biolo is general is the best lurer for PVU because they can use illusion doping to get aggro of monsters from a large AOE, however this gear build can be use by any class
