Introduction
This guide aims to provide a viable path for people without super endgame gears to participate in Zerocell under certain party compositions
What is not possible
This guide will not enable you to solo-farm Zerocell
What is possible
This guide will enable you play as lurer, survive and contribute to parties.
This guide will enable you farm Zerocell as 2/3 people parties - by performing the role of lurer + devo
Note - Zerocell Levels 3/4 now has party-loot. So all party members get drops (as long as they are within 2 screen distance)
Disclaimer:
Personally I have not played much of IG or Meister other than as Zerocell lurer.
If you are looking for more information about the class itself (skills, levelling etc.), suggest first looking at some of the other amazing guides in User Guides
For more information on the Map, Monsters in Zerocell (such as access quest etc..), please take a look at Chapter 1
How it works
The aim is to reach as high % medium resist as possible - as all the monsters in Zerocell are medium size.
With a high enough % medium resist, you will be nearly unkillable allowing you to Lure effectively.
This is currently possible using 2 classes - Imperial Guard and Meister. Personally, I feel Imperial Guard is more effectively since you can keep other DPS alive via Devo (but Meister could be made to work as well)
Here is the build for both classes (this build aims to minimize cost. Optimizations on this build is definitely possible)

Consumables (30/60 mins Buffs)
TIP: Try using 1 hour version of the consumable where available, so that it aligns with the 1 hour Map entry buff (and you don't have to remember to re-buff mid way)
Note: Heal over time potions such as
True Mysterious Life Potion (22816) and
True Medium Life Potion (22818) stack with each other. This significantly improves survivability and reduces healing consumables needed.
Trans Candy Red (11592)
Guyak Pudding (12710)
True Mysterious Life Potion (22816)
True Medium Life Potion (22818)
True One Potion (50036)
Giant HP Increase Potion (Large) (50106)
Full Chemical Protection
Consumables (Healing)
Concentrated Golden Syrup Potion (1100005)
Yggdrasil Berry (607)
Yggdrasil Seed (608)
Hearty Rice Cake (12196)
Play Style
As Imperial Guard here are the key priorities / things to keep in mind
- As lurer, make sure run in front / ahead of party members to get aggro of the monsters. With 96% resist you are nearly immortal.
- If you are playing duo party - make sure the DPS is always Devo-ed (note: Dispell removes Devo).
- If you are playing larger parties - be careful how many people you have devo-ed This build doesn't have as much of a max HP as other Devo focussed builds. You might not be able to have more than 2 party members in your Devo
Rebound Shield significantly reduces the incoming damage. Make sure to keep it up when available (since it can get dispell-ed). Additionally, since devo depends on the reductions of the person being devo-ed, suggest other party members reach atleast 40-45% reduction (using Alice Card etc.)- Keep other buffs up such as
Vanguard Force,
Shield Spell,
Prestige,
Inspiration,
Guardian Shield whenever available - Use skills such as
Overslash to recover AP to help keep
Guardian Shield up whenever off cooldown
Auto Guard blocks 30% attacks and applies to devo-ed targets
Reflect Shield can be used to trigger
Boots of Unknown Life [1] (470073) which could be a valid alternative to
Yorscalp Boots [1] (470303)
Providence can be case on allies to increase then resistance against demon monsters by 25% (not a priority since there is only 1 demon monster per map)
P.S. I have not played lurer with Meister, but I'd imagine most of the above remains the same; minus the devo; with other class specific buffs
Changelog
