Message definition (Illusion of Frozen)
* To spawn the Awaken Ktullanux MVP, you have to activate all the four Crystal Seals in the middle of the map. 
* If the MVP is already alive, you will not be able to activate any of the seal. 
* The MVP must always be attacked or be chasing someone. If it is idle, it will use Full Heal almost instantly. 
* There is an hour cooldown to spawn the MVP.
* If the Crystal Seals are not present, the MVP is currently on cooldown.
