To convert an Ancient Hero Weapon into their Patent equivalent you need a Patent Ancient Hero's Cube (100753) which can be obtained by:

Material requirements are the same for all weapons.
Modified Hero's Refine Hammer (100821) can be obtained as MVP drop in Bioresearch Laboratory
