Penalty is a system that recommends players to level at maps within their level range. Depending on Player/Monster level difference you will get a bonus or malus on your EXP and Zeny gain.
There are no drop penalties on MuhRO.
Level Difference is calculated by: Monster_Level - Player_Level
Notes:
- Illusion Dungeons do not have any experience rate penalty.
