King Schmidt's Insignia Enchants

Any equipment obtained through OSC1052 can be enchanted at the OSC1127 vending machine. The costs for each single enchant are as follows:

The enchantment for the 2nd slot on Insignias (Accessories): You can choose the desired enchant and the enchantment won't fail. 
Costs: 30,000,000 zeny, 50 25740.png  Curse Eroded Gemstone (25740)  , 200 6755.png  Contaminated Magic (6755)  and 3 7925.png  Powerful Dimensional Essence (7925)  (dropped in Treasure Room Old Glastheim).

Special Enchants

King Schmidt's Insignia special enchants can combo with Temporal Boots enchants. These are static effects, and are always active.
