 The buff will be removed as soon as you change the EXP rates at any point, even after reaching level 250.

The drop rate buff reaches its full potential at level 250. The effect increases with base levels up to the rate's limit. You can use @rates to check your bonus.

This bonus does NOT affect card drops.
